I was very pleased with the attention shown by the management and staff of this company. I had lovely telephone conversations with Natalie in the office, who was so friendly and extremely helpful. All the engineers who came to inspect my ailing boiler were very pleasant and efficient - and the two who subsequently came to install the new boiler were delightful - Mark and Josh - very pleasant, efficient, conscientious and tidy. They got on with the job and got it done with no fuss or bother. I would highly recommend the services of this company to everyone.

Excellent service from start to finish. I was having a boiler swapped out (including cylinder and water tank removal) and after getting a few quotes, I went with CPM. Quotes from CPM were competitively priced and they took the time to run through different options. The guys who did the work were polite, knowledgeable and tidy. In regard to the latter, there was literally no mess to clean up. Work was completed on time with no issues, would definitely recommend.
